This luxurious plan includes two local appetizers, a red snow crab salad with seasonal vegetables, three kinds of fresh sashimi from the Hokuriku region, other local delicacies such as Tochio fried green onion miso, fried chicken curry, a main course of Hokuriku seafood steamed in a bamboo steamer, and grated eel soba noodles to finish off the meal, as well as seasonal sweets and three hours of all-you-can-drink! It's also recommended for banquets and drinking parties in Nagaoka.
